Comments:
If it comes to a party, then "Wings" are an essential mix to the menu. They are great as appiteazer, good for part of the main meal or even for the entire thing! Wings just about go with anything anytime!
1 pound chicken wings
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp each oregano
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
Fire up your grill and get it ready. We will be cooking at about 350° over indirect heat. (i.e. the heat source on one side of the pit/grill and the wings will be situated on the other site.
Next, combine all of the ingredients bow and add the chicken. Allow to marinate for an hour or so in the refregetator.
Place in your pit (on the non-neated side) and cook for several hours, or until the meat turns a golden brown. Cooking indirectly will keep the wings from burning and keep the meat tender. Remove from oven once cooked and enjoy!
