This is a quick little recipe that has lots of flavor for lamb chops or even skewers. Easy for fix great to eat!
First, collect the following ingredients:
2 lbs boneless lamb - chops, steaks or cubes for skewers
1 cup dry red wine
1/4 cup olive oil - extra virgin
4 cloves of garlic - minced
1 Tbs fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp thyme - dried
1 tsp rosemary - dried and crushed
1 tsp salt
Combine and mix the wine, garlic, thyme, oil and rosemary in a plastic "zip lock" type bag. Add the lamb, close the bag tightly and marinate up to 6 hours turning occasionally. Cook until done turning occasionally. Lamb should be cooked only to the point of being medium rare for the best flavor. Enjoy!
