Grilled Tuna

Tuna is a hearty fish that can stand up to some great flavors. Here is a recipe that will warm your soul and tingle your taste buds.
Locate a non-reactive pan and thoroughly combine the following ingredients:
1/2 Cup apple cider vinegar
4 cloves of garlic - minced
1 small lemon, juice from
1 Tbs light olive oil
1 Tbs oregano
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
Simmer ingredients for 10 minutes and allow to cool. Marinate tuna in mixture for 30 minutes. While grilling over medium heat, baste occasionally with the mixture (do not baste in last 5-10 minutes. Discard marinade. Allow to cook until the internal temperature reaches 150 deg or until fish begins to flake. If it easily flakes then it may prove to be a little dry. Enjoy
