Turkey is the lean, mean fat fighting machine. And this is the reason for it's popularity. So, let's make it the tastiest of all also by injecting!

You really aren't going to do much good trying to inject into a turkey breast. Best effort will be to inject small amounts in a lot of locations. Try a mixture of:

    1/4 Cup oil
    1/4 Cup water
    3 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbs salt
    2 tsp garlic powder
    2 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp ground bay
    1 tsp ground thyme
    1 tsp ground sage
    1 tsp black pepper

Turkey Injection Mix Simmer 5 minutes and allow to cool before injecting.
