Thyme & Pepper
Beef Tip Roast
This easy to fix roast will have family and friends clambering for more. So, you had better make plenty!
First, collect the following ingredients:
4-6 pound beef sirloin tip roast
3 cloves of garlic - crushed
2 Tbs fresh ground black pepper
1 Tbs salt
1 Tbs dried thyme
Gently brush a light coat of olive oil on the roast. Combine the garlic, salt pepper and dried thyme and press evenly onto all sides of the meat. Place in pit using indirect heat - approximately 325°. Cook until done to your liking - approx 25-35 minutes per pound for medium doneness. Once finished, let stand for 10-15 minutes before slicking. Enjoy!
