We're all seeking the elusive "best rib on the block" award. Well, this recipe may just put you over the top. Enjoy!
First, collect the following ingredients:
1-3 racks of baby back ribs
4 Tbs dark brown molasses sugar
2 Tbs paprika
2 Tbs fresh ground black pepper
1 Tbs garlic salt
1 Tbs onion salt
1 Tbs celery salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
yellow mustard
Thoroughly combine all ingredients and place in a shaker jar to easily sprinkle the seasonings onto the ribs. After removing the membrane, coat both sides of the ribs with a light coat of the yellow mustard using a pastry brush. Sprinkle ribs with seasonings. A good estimate would be to sprinkle enough seasonings so that you cover the yellow mustard mostly - but not completely. Cook ribs over indirect heat at about 225-230° for 4-6 hours.
Enjoy!
