Salmon is probably one of the favorite fish to grill over the open fire. As such, here is a great recipe that will delight you. Enjoy!
First, collect the following ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup apple juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
First, season the salmon fillets with the lemon pepper, garlic powder and salt. Then, in a small bowl, stir together the soy sauce, brown sugar, apple juice and olive oil until the sugar has been dissolved. Next, place the salmon in a large resealable plastic bag with the soy sauce mixture, seal and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours turning occasionally. Preheat grill for medium heat. Lightly oil grill grate. Place salmon on the preheated grill, and discard marinade. Cook salmon for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve immediately.
