Sherry Baste

In a rut? Try this Sherry Baste on your next turkey. Remember, a moist and tender turkey mostly means not overcooked. Turkey is safely done at 160° and is still moist and juicy.

Combine the following:
    1 c. sherry
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 T. salt
    1 t. ground thyme
    1 t. rosemary
    1 t. sage
    1 t. white pepper
    1/2 t. celery seed

Heat just to simmer then remove from heat.
