Seafood on the grill, sure, why not! Many people don't do fish because they are afraid they may not be manly enough or they are simply afraid things will fall apart. Rest assured, seafood, fish and other delicacies are great out on the grill.
First, collect the following ingredients:
4 ounces fresh lemon juice
4 ounces olive oil - light
5 tsp fresh basil - chopped
1 tsp hot mustard
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Combine liquids and mustard in a small glass bowl and whisk thoroughly. Mix in the remaining ingredients and stir well. Marinate your seafood for 2-4 hours before grilling. Enjoy!
