This wonderful dry rub compliments all the greatness of the Mediterranean region and food. The name rosemary is derived from the Latin name rosmarinus, which is presumed to mean "dew of the sea".
First, collect the following ingredients:
2 Tbs of chopped rosemary - fresh
1 Tbs olive oil
1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1 tbs garlic pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp parsley - dried
salt to taste
Combine the dry ingredients thoroughly. Select about 1 lb of steak or chops to cook. [increase the recipe for more meat] Coat the meat with the oil and then sprinkle on the rub evenly. Let the meat absorb the wonderful flavors for about 30 minutes while the fire builds. Cook until the desired doneness has been reached. Enjoy!
