Rib-Eye steaks are one of the most flavorful cuts cattle have to offer. They are tender and well marbled for excellent flavor. In our opinion, the Rib-Eye is the juiciest of cuts available. Here is a recipe that will compliment the delightful taste you expect.
First, collect the following ingredients:
3-4 Rib-Eye steaks - 1" thick
1/3rd cup orange juice
1/3rd cup balsamic vinegar
2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbs soy sauce
3 cloves garlic - minced
2 Tbs fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp salt
Rinse and pat-dry the steaks. In a plastic zip lock bag, combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add the steaks and marinate 4-8 hours. Turn bag occasionally so that all sides of the steaks are fully exposed to the marinade. Heat grill to medium-hot temperatures and cook until done to your liking. Enjoy!
