If you're seeking tender moist ribs that are not dried out, then a little basting during the cooking process is in order. This wonderful rib moppin' sauce will do just the trick. Enjoy!
First, collect the following ingredients:
1 cup of cider vinegar
1 cup of chicken broth
1/2 cup olive oil, light
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
Juice from one lemon
3 cloves of garlic, grated
2 Tbs yellow mustard
2 Tbs fresh ground pepper
In a non-reactive saucepan, combine the ingredients and heat over low heat for 20 minutes. Stir regularly. One the ribs are about 1/2 completed, begin basting. Basting every 1/2 hour helps keep the heat in and still affords ample basting. You can baste more often if desired.
