This marinade is made for flank steak. So, first collect the following ingredients:

    1/2 cup Italian dressing - spicy if you can find it
    1/2 cup salsa
    1 tsp lime zest
    2 Tbs lime juice
    1 tsp cilantry - dried
    1/2 tsp hot sauce

Combine all the ingredients and stir thoroughly. Sprinkle onto the meat or veggie like you would salt ... or just a little heavier. Cook as you would normally. Save the balance in an airtight container and keep in the freezer. To really crank this recipe into high gear, double the pepper flakes.
