For those quick meals, very few things will beat a great hamburger. And nothing beats a 'doctored up' burger at that! No more hamburger meat thrown on the grill with the standard taste and texture. WAKE UP FOLKS! Opportunity for new and exciting burgers awaits you!
Mix thoroughly in a large bowl, the following ingredients:
2 pounds of top quality ground beef
3 cloves of garlic - minced
1/2 cup onion - minced fine
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp Italian dry seasoning
1 tsp salt
Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
Start your grill and make it HOT!
Form the hamburgers into patties that are about 1/2 inch thick and just a little larger than the buns you plan on using (Pepperidge Farms makes some great onion buns!) Cook until desired doneness is reached. To be sure use an instant read meat thermometer.
Have your condiments ready to go so the burgers are hot and juicy going down!
