Mint Basted Lamb Chops

If you have not tried lamb chops, then you certainly have been denying your taste buds their full enjoyment. They are delicate, tasty and will bring out rave reviews from others. Try 'em and you'll be a believer.
First, collect the following ingredients:
8 lamb chops - 3/4 thickness would be best
1/4 cup olive oil
10-12 sprigs of fresh mint.
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
salt to taste
Combine the oil and mint in a glass bowl and allow to sit for 4 to 8 hours (stirring often) to allow the mint to flavor the oil. When ready to cook, lightly coat the chops with the olive oil and set aside. Prepare a hot fire and grill until medium rare, basting the chops as you turn them frequently. Enjoy!
