Mid-Range Magic Turkey Basting Sauce

Add lots of flavor to your Turkey Day this year. There is not since in using just the juices from the turkey when you can add so much more flavor to your holiday meal.

When cooking in the pit, you don't always have a collection pan. In either event, you can use this basting sauce add flavor and keep the turkey moist.
1 cup mild oil
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs garlic powder
1 Tbs onion powder
1 Tbs salt
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp ground bay
1 tsp ground mustard
Cut the salt in half to use soy or teriyaki sauce instead of the Worcestershire sauce, and instead of apple juice, use chicken or veal stock. Simmer and allow to cool.
