Butterflied
Leg of Lamb
Comments:
The leg of lamb is great for holidays or any special event. Generally, a whole leg will accommodate 6 to 8 servings. When cooking lamb, it is best to under cook rather than over cook it.
You can barbecue or roast a leg of lamb however understand that to barbecue you need to keep the temperature down to around 210 degrees. A marinade is not necessarily recommended, simply because the lamb doesn't need it. You will want to baste, however, if you barbecue.
