Sometimes even we get in a hurry or want to be just a little lazy ... BUT don't want to sacrifice on flavor. This is the PERFECT way to have both! Always keep a bottle on hand for those rushed/tired days.
Simple is sweet ..................
Set up the grill for indirect grilling (coals on one side and the cooking surface on the other or in between two heat sides). For approximately one pound of chicken, in a separate bowl, mix thoroughly the following:
1/2 cup of Kraft Spicy Italian Salad Dressing
1 Tbs of fresh ground black pepper
1/2 tsp of salt (or less if you desire)
1 clove garlic minced
1 tsp lemon zest
Add the chicken and marinate thoroughly. If you wish, wedge your fingers between the skin and the meat and allow the marinade to slide in between. Place chicken on the portion of the grill that does not have the direct heat. Cook until done (160° inside the meat) and enjoy!
