Italian Grilled Zucchini
For all of you "Vegan's" out there OR you simply enjoy grilled veggies, then this extremely simply recipe is just what you need.
First, collect the following ingredients:
2 large zucchini
16 ounce bottle Italian-style salad dressing
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Rinse zucchini and slice into 1/2 inch rounds. Place zucchini pieces into a large bowl and cover with the salad dressing and black pepper. Stir to coat, cover and refrigerate for two to three hours. Preheat the grill for high heat. Lightly oil grate and place zucchini on to grill. Cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until done.
