In 1964 hot wings made their debut in Buffalo, NY - thus the name! Fried - not barbecued or grilled, they are then coated with some really spicy sauce and served hot. Enjoy!
First, collect the following ingredients:
1 stick of butter (8 Tbs.)
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 Cup Tabasco sauce (or more)
2 Tbs tomato paste
1/2 cup white wine
2 Tbs apple cider vinegar
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
Melt 1/2 the butter in a non-reactive saucepan stirring in the garlic and cook until browned. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a gentle boil. After a couple of minutes, mop those wings!
