Combine the following ingredients in a saucepan:
10 oz. guava jelly
2 tsp. mustard powder
4 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. cumin
2 shallots, minced
1/4 cup dry sherry
3 tbsp. tomato paste
2 tbsp. corn syrup
Combine the sauce ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 1/2 hours. Remove from heat and cool. Enjoy.
