      Grilled Stuffed Jalapeño Peppers
      Comments:
Grilled Stuffed Jalapeño Peppers will certainly get your party fired up and going on the fast tract. They are great for picnics, backyard events and if the weather is bad, you can even make them in the oven .... if you have to!

                   24 whole(s) Jalapeño peppers

          24 slice(s) sharp Cheddar cheese

          3 piece(s) Italian sausage, precooked

          12 slice(s) bacon

Preheat your grill to a medium heat.
While that is going on, next slice the peppers in half from tip to stem.  We like to keep the stem end intact for some flare. Now that you have the pepper open, scrape out seeds and fibers with a spoon - leave some seeds if you like it hotter! Be sure to wash your hands and cutting board thoroughly or you will have everything on fire, heat wise!

Slice the cheese in lengths of the peppers and stuff into each of the peppers.
Now, cut cooked sausages also lengthwise in half, then each half into quarters so that they will also fit into the cavity of the peppers. Stuff one piece of sausage into each pepper.

Cut bacon slices in half, wrap each slice around a Jalapeño and secure with a toothpick.
Grill 20 to 25 minutes, turning occasionally, until bacon is crisp and peppers are tender.
