Sometimes the body screams: "GIVE ME CARBS!". If you like to grill, which we assume you do (duh!) then consider some delightful grilled potato wedges as a side dish or even as an entree!
First, collect the following ingredients:
4 baking potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed or minced finely
1 1/2 teaspoon sweet or Hungarian paprika
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
Sea salt as desired
Combine oil and seasonings in a non-reactive bowl. Next, clean the potatoes thoroughly. Add the potatoes to a large sauce pan of boiling water. Boil for about 15 minutes which parboils them. Drain and cut potatoes into wedges.
Coat potatoes with oil mixture and grill over medium-hot fire turning occasionally until done. Enjoy.
