Sure, you can do desserts on the grill and pineapples are great cooked outdoors. Serve them à la carte or with ham.
First, collect the following ingredients:
1 fresh pineapple
4 Tbs real butter, melted
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Take one fresh and ripe pineapple and cut the top and bottom off. Next peal the skin off and cut into quarters removing the inner core. Then cut those quarters into thinner strips being about 1 inch thick spears. Brush with the butter, sprinkle on the cinnamon and grill over the heat. After a few turns move to the cooler side and close the lid. Cook until hot and delidious. Enjoy!
