First, collect the following ingredients:
4 dozen tortilla chips
2 cups Monterey jack cheese, grated
1/3 cup bacon, fried and crumbled
1 medium red onion, chopped
Granulated garlic to coate lightly on all chips
4 jalapeno chilies, chopped
Preheat your grill to a hot temperature. Arrange chips in a flat grilling pan. Cover with other ingredients. Place on grill and turn off the gas grill. If you are using a charcoal grill, cook on the side away from the coals. Let cook for about 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
