Grilled Garlic Bread

Garlic toast is simply to "die for" and when you can do it on the grill, so much the better. Besides, if you play your cards right, you might be able to sneak some on early to nourish the chef!

First, collect the following ingredients:
8 slices of "homemade" sourdough bread [if you can finesse it] about 1/2 inch thick
1/2 cup butter
4 cloves garlic minced
2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
Melt butter in saucepan and add the garlic. Cook until garlic begins to brown. Remove from the heat and add the remaining ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Brush one side of each slice of bread and place on preheated grill. Cook covered until the bottom of the bread is golden brown. Be sure not to let it burn!
Serving suggestion: A second serving!
