Grilled Crab Cakes

Being from Houston, Tx near the gulf coast, seafood is always readily available and not far from being served at the dinner table. Crab is a particularly great treat especially when grilled over coals.
You will probably want to save this recipe for future generations and claim it as your own secret! Let's start by collecting the following ingredients:
1lb of lump crabmeat - remove any shell pieces
1 large egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 Tbs hot mustard
1 Tbs mayonnaise
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (use any seafood seasoning if not available)
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 tsp parsley flakes
1/8 teaspoon salt
Combine all of the ingredients thoroughly. Form 3-4 inch cakes about 1 inch thick and refrigerate for 2 hours. Prepare medium hot fire and cook about (5 minutes on each side) 10 minutes. Use a fine mesh cooking surface so the "cakes" don't fall apart.
