Grilled Buffalo Wings

Take about 4 pounds of fresh (or thawed) chicken wing pieces cleaned and dried. Using a brush and Canola or Peanut oil coat with a basting brush until each has a light coating. Allow this to sit.
Thoroughly mix (blend real well) the following ingredients together in a bowl:
4 TBS of corn starch
1 1/2 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of cayenne (double if you like it warmer - triple if insane)
1 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of cracked black pepper
1 tsp of sea salt
Arrange the chicken on a pan or sheet of aluminum foil. Using a sieve, sack or even your fingers, lightly coat each chicken wing. Flip and coat the other side.
Place evenly on the grill turning regularly for even cooking and to prevent burning. They will be ready in about 25 to 30 minutes.
