Ok, now this one is just too easy and too good! Enjoy!
First, collect the following ingredients:
1 pound fresh mushrooms, stems removed
8 ounces blue cheese
3 medium onions, sliced into rings
1/8th cup olive oil
First, preheat your outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil grate. Next, fill each mushroom cap with the crumbled blue cheese and set aside. Place heavy duty foil on the grill so the onion slices will not fall into the grill. It would help if you turned up the edges of the foil. In a bowl, add the oil and onions and coat thoroughly. Next place the onions on the foil and grill. Turn onions over frequently until tender. Once they are underway, place the stuffed mushrooms on the grill (cheese side up) and heat until the cheese is melted. You might also want to consider placing the mushrooms on foil also to keep the cheese from going into the grill.
