Salmon has become increasinly more popular with all of hte great omega-3 oils that they provide. This recipe combines some of the best ingredients that meld with the great salmon flavor. Enjoy!
Start with 6 individual sized (6-8 ounce) salmon filets. Then collect the following ingredients:
1/4 cup white wine
3 Tbs olive oil - light
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 Tbs fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp thyme, dried
1 tsp parsley - dried
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Combine all the ingredients except the salmon in a plastic/glass bowl. Add the salmon and marinate for 2 hours turning occasionally. Grill over medium to high heat until done.
