Ginger Lemon Pork Chops
If you are seeking a new flavor for your chops, then you should seriously consider this excellent preparation from our good friends Karen Adler and Judith Fertig. They are excellent cooks.

Combine the following ingredients in a plastic or glass bowl:
4 (6 ounce) boneless pork chops, 1-inch thick
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 table spoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Combine lemon juice, soy sauce and ginger. Pour over pork chops and marinate, refrigerated, for one hour. Grill over medium fire about 5 to 6 minutes per side.
