It's time to jazz up those pork ribs with some seasonings from down south...Cajun Country. You'll love these ribs!
First, collect the following ingredients:
1/4 Cup soy sauce
2 Tbs Dry Red Wine
1 Tbs dark brown sugar
1 Tbs honey
2 Tbs Louisiana Hot Sauce
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
Combine all of the ingredients in a non-reactive bowl (stainless, glass, plastic) and mix thoroughly. Clean the rib and remove the membrane. Coat both sides of the ribs with the sauce and allow to sit 1 hour. Cook over indirect heat until almost coming off the bone. If they "fall off the bone", then you have over cooked them! Enjoy.
