This recipe can be used on beef, venison, goat or other game meats. First, collect the following ingredients:
1/2 cup gin
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup cooking oil
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
Combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5-10 minutes. Cool. Cover meat and refrigerate for 2 hours to 2 days. Do not use aluminum or iron containers to cook or store. Use dry wines and vinegars the color of the meat: red for red meat and white for white meat.
