Thoroughly combine the following:
1/2 Cup salt
1/4 Cup garlic powder
1/4 Cup onion powder
1/8 Cup thyme
1/8 Cup paprika
1/8 Cup ground bay
1/8 Cup oregano
1/8 Cup fresh ground black pepper
Season the turkey 1 hour before frying.
