Chicken Breasts

Want to warm the pallets and get them sizzling with the wonderful flavor of the great outdoors? Try this recipe and set things in motion!
Begin here:
4 skinless chicken breasts - boneless preferred
3 Tbs olive oil
3 Tbs Tabasco Sauce
2 Tbs fresh parsley
1 Tbs brown sugar
3 cloves fresh minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/2 tsp ground red pepper (adjust to your
heat tolerance)
1/2 tsp. lemon zest
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Combine all ingredients (except the meat) in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Place chicken in the mix and turn/stir occasionally. Cover and place in the refrigerator. You may also place everything in a plastic bag, close and place in refrigerator for up to 2 hours. Fire up the grill and cook over medium to medium-hot coals. Cook until the center reaches 150° or until the juices run clear. Enjoy!
NOTE: As with pork chops, resist overcooking. The secret to grilling tender meat is to not overcook!
