We use this one on turkey breasts, but it can also be used on chicken breasts.
First rinse and pat dry the poultry of choice. Next spread a moderate (you determine according to taste) amount of dijon mustard on both sides.
Sprinkle with rosemary, fresh cracked black pepper. Grill over medium heat and serve hot.
Makes for a great summertime change of pace. Serve with grilled corn.
