Life offers change on a daily basis. Have you had a change in your chickens lately? This zesty poultry rub will wake up your sight, smell and taste senses!

First, collect the following ingredients:

    6 Tbs paprika
    2 Tbs fresh ground black pepper
    2 Tbs celery salt
    2 Tbs brown sugar
    1 Tbs garlic powder
    1 Tbs onion power
    1 Tbs dry mustard
    1 Tbs lemon zest

Combine seasonings in a non-reactive bowl. Clean the chickens thoroughly. Coat chickens inside and out (including under the skin where possible) with rub and over an indirect heat fire turning occasionally until done. Enjoy.
