Chipotle Chili Pepper Butter
You've got a great steak grilling out back. What better way to finish it off than to top it with a wonderful flavored butter.
First, collect the following ingredients:
1/4 Cup salted butter - soft
2 Tbs minced shallots
1 Tbs fresh cilantro - minced
1 Tbs chipotle peppers
1 tsp lime juice
1 clove garlic - minced
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and apply to the steaks just after grilling. You can prepare the butter topper up to 3 days before if you cover and place in the refrigerator. Enjoy.
