Cajun Rib Rub

This is great on ribs, chicken or even pork.  Simply mix it up, sprinkle it on and head for the grill. It will have your friends and family raving and talking Cajun.

  2 Tbs paprika
  2 tsp salt
  2 tsp onion powder
  2 tsp garlic powder
  2 tsp cayenne
  1½ tsp ground white pepper
  1½ tsp ground black pepper
  1 tsp dry thyme leaves
  1 tsp oregano leaves
  ½ cinnamon

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a non-reactive bowl and use on the meats a little heavier than you would salt.  It will flavor your foods to perfection.
