Some like it spicy and others just like it hot! This Cajun dry rub combines both into a great bayou experience. Have a little fun and kick back.
First, collect the following ingredients:
2 Tbs chile powder
1 Tbs dried oregano
1 Tbs dried thyme
2 Tbs fresh ground black pepper
1 Tbs dark brown sugar
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
Combine all of the ingredients in a non-reactive bowl (stainless, glass, plastic) and mix thoroughly. Apply to meat as a rub for seafood, beef, chicken, or pork. Enjoy.
