There are about a billion types of burgers on the American backyard grills. And Texas is no different. Here is one directly from our part of the world.
First, collect the following ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds of ground beef or - 6 burgers - Angus is preferred
3 tsp ground cumin
3 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
Mayonnaise as needed
Tomato slices as needed
Sweet onion slices as needed
Iceberg lettuce as needed
Barbecue sauce as needed
Hamburger buns as needed
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and apply to the steaks just after grilling. You can prepare the butter topper up to 3 days before if you cover and place in the refrigerator. Enjoy.
