First, collect the following ingredients:
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/2 Tbs salt
2 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
1 tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp freshly grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp oregano, dried
Thoroughly combine all ingredients and place in a shaker jar to easily sprinkle the seasonings onto the meat. Store the remainder in a cool, dry location. Enjoy!
