Blue Burger
We suspect lots of you will be doing burgers for Memorial Day because they are easy and great. Everyone loves burgers! Here is a great recipe for the day.
Mix all ingredients [except the blue cheese] into hamburger meat and gently make into about 5 thick paddies. Cook until about 145 to 160 F. degrees internal temperature. ALWAYS USE YOUR MEAT THERMOMETER TO PREVENT BEING OVER/UNDER DONE.
Place on toasted onion buns with all the trimmings. You will never go back to plain burgers again!
