Marinades offer a subtle and delightful presence to many different types of meats and veggies. This "all purpose" marinade offers a warm and tasty flavor for seafoods.
First, collect the following ingredients:
1 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
3 Tbs white sugar
3 tsp celery salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Combine all ingredients in a non-reactive pan (stainless or glass) and bring to a medium boil. After allow it to cool, marinate fish up to 30 minutes before sending to the grill. Enjoy.
