Combine the following in a non-reactive (glass or plastic) bowl:
1 Cup mayonnaise
1/2 Cup white vinegar
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
For this recipe, mix ingredients well and refrigerate for at least 8 hours before using. Use as you would regular barbecue sauce.
