A Fowl Marinade
(not foul)

If you like to marinate cornish hens, chickens, turkeys or other game fowl and not get fouled by inadequate flavors and richness, then try this recipe and step up to some serious eating.

Marinate poultry in the following:

    1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
    1/4 cup lime juice
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 Tbs fresh ground black pepper
    1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbs salt
    1 Tbs parsley - minced
    1 tsp oregano powder
    1 tsp garlic powder

ShrimpMarinate poultry for 2 to 3 hours covered (in non-reactive container) in the refrigerator turning occasionaly.
