FAQ Subject: Can I use an indoor wood grill?
Do you carry a wood-burning grill that can be used indoors. I have seen them in pictures in kitchen design magazines. They look like they are about 14" deep by 24" square. This was built into the kitchen. I am not sure if it is insulated.
Thanx, Dan Jahn
Hi Dan,
I wouldn't recommend a wood burning grill in the kitchen unless you had a really good exhaust hood and fan. I use a cast iron Sportsman model charcoal burner on what I call my cooking porch. It is made by Lodge Cast Iron, is about 12" x 24 and will handle 6 rib eyes easily.
Have fun,
Smoky
