FAQ Subject: Can I make clams on the barbecue?
How do you make clams on the bbq? Seaweed?
Hi Dana,
Hmmm! As far as I know, it still takes a mama clam and a daddy clam to make a clam, even on the grill.
You can steam clams, using seaweed or a steamer. Or you can place the clams, in their shells, on the grill. When they pop open they are ready to eat. Or you can add a little butter, lemon juice or what ever turns you own to them in their shells and cook a little longer.
Have fun,
Smoky
