FAQ Subject: Baffle used to deflect the heat
Smoky,
I read on your web site about a baffle being used to deflect the heat. Exactly how is it shaped and how is it installed.
Thanks,
Kevin
Hi Kevin,
I hope that we can get that baffling reference to baffles removed from the web site or replaced with one of the MANY responses I have made pointing out that baffles are essentially useless for controlling and the real solution to the problem is proper design of side winder cookers in lowering the entry to the exhaust down at or below meat grate level.
Have fun,
Smoky
