What is the quickest way to remove the membrane off pork ribs? This has
become a larger task then I thought. What am I doing wrong? Please

Thanks for the compliment.
A pair of catfish skinning pliers gets a pretty good grip on that membrane.
But to tell the truth, most of the time, I don't bother to remove it. Most
folks can tell the difference when the rib is cooked right.
